We are on the hunt for a smart, motivated and sales-driven individual with experience in B2B sales and in a financial services environment to be part of the SME financing revolution.

Ideal Human Match
The ideal candidate for this role is that sales-driven person who will have the ability to understand our client’s value proposition and translate this into financing opportunities. Moreover, the ideal candidate should possess those skills, experience and knowledge:
• Demonstrated strong ‘B2B-solution sales skills’ in Financial Services (lending) environment e.g. leasing companies (non-captive), commercial finance, banks.
• Excellent understanding of the SME sector acquired through experience in banking, corporate financing advisory, PE, fundraising or consultancy
• Outstanding relationship building, and excellent written and oral communication skills (ability to lead a phone discussion/negotiation/closing)
• Ability to operate independently and work in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a digital mindset
• Strong organizational skills and a flexible attitude towards mobility to meet customers
• Have a good blend of commercial acumen, tactical “know-how” and not be put off by rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
• Fluent in English and French

Major Accountabilities:

As Sales Executive, you will report to the CEO and work closely together with the other sales colleagues and the marketing, credit and tech team. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for generating business for our client through:
• Develop the flow of financing opportunities through the acquisition of borrowers through different channels: online, offline, introducer networks, etc.
• Present our offer to potential borrowers and analyze their investment projects.
• Follow customers in their financing operations, in particular by helping them prepare their application file and by being their dedicated contact, in collaboration with the credit analysts.
• Financial structuring of loan applications.
• Meet and exceed the quantitative targets (e.g.: volume of deals, number of deals, pricing, contact strategy with introducers and prospects/direct customers).
• Be an active interface with all other functions including credit, operations, and marketing to meet deadlines and qualitative targets for optimized customer experience.
• Responsibility to initiate and close deals.
• Track loan applications completed loans and assist with general analysis/reporting.
• Ensure full use of CRM in accordance with company requirements.
• Represent our client as required at external events.
